Injection Molding

Injection molding is a process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mold, which is in the form of the desired shaped. Most often, injection molding is used for plastic parts. We fabricate a wide variety of components, ranging from small items such as nocks to large items like quivers. In addition, we also offer powder injection molding, which can be applied to harder materials and even metals, which is often required for like triggers.

Die Casting

Die casting is a process by which molten metal is molded into form through a cast. We can handle metal shapes of all sizes generally found in commercial and recreational use.

Extrusions

Extrusion is a process that shaping material, such as aluminum, by forcing it molten metal through a shaped opening in a die, resulting in elongated final pieces with the same profile as the die opening. In hunting and sporting goods, extrusion can be applied to many product components, such as stands and structural skeletons for archery accessories.
